C David Snyder

Chairman, President and CEO

In addition to chairing the Board of Directors, Dave is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company. He is the primary decision maker for Attevo, setting the tone for the company's values and culture. His commitment to understanding clients and delivering the highest quality service is fundamental to the exponential growth and success the company has seen since its inception in late 2004.

Dave has extensive corporate and entrepreneurial leadership experience. Prior to forming Attevo, he founded and served as Chairman, President and CEO of Realogic Inc, a $42 million, 350+ employee technology consulting and systems integration firm which he founded in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1993. Internationally-known, the firm ranked in "Inc" magazine's 1997 and 1998 list of the 500 fastest-growing companies. Realogic was acquired by Computer Associates International (now CA) in 1998.

Before Realogic, Dave held similar positions at other large corporations including Integral Systems (President of Midrange Division), Management Reports Inc (President and CEO), Grant Thornton (Partner-In-Charge Cleveland Consulting Division) and Coopers & Lybrand (Director of Information Systems).

Dave began his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture). He was also the majority owner of Snyder International Brewing Group, which owns Cleveland's Crooked River Brewing Co, Maryland's Frederick Brewing Company and Cincinnati's Hudepohl-Schoenling Brewery.

Dave is a Cum Laude graduate of Ohio University's College of Business. He is a member of the College of Business Executive Advisory Board and a member of the University's Board of Trustees. Dave also serves on several corporate boards and works with various non-profit organizations.

Joseph Burmester

Partner and CFO

Joe is responsible for both the financial and internal operations and activities of Attevo.

He has been a Vice President with Acero, Arsenal Digital Solutions and Computer Associates and a co-founder of fileFrenzy, an online content management company.

As a Vice President with Realogic, Joe was responsible for the development of the Workgroup Computing consulting practice and ran the Southern region of the Firm. He also served as Vice President for Integral Systems, was Partner-In-Charge of the Technology consulting practice for KPMG in the St. Louis region and was Senior Vice President of Operations for Capital American Life Insurance Company.

Joe began his technology career with Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture) after serving three years as a full-time Instructor in Statistics on the faculty of Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University, MBA with emphasis in Finance and Statistics from Bowling Green State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Systems Professional. Joe is active in several community and charitable organizations.

John Frankovich

Partner

John is responsible for the delivery of consulting services in North America. He has extensive experience in operational and IT strategy consulting and has served clients in several industries including retail, high tech, entertainment, consumer and industrial products and transportation.

Prior to joining Attevo, John was a co-founder of GTM Consulting where he was responsible for developing the direction of the firm, leading the firm’s information technology operations and strategy practice, and working with several significant international clients. Particular areas of expertise include technology strategy, supply chain, and product portfolio management. Under his leadership, the firm developed intellectual property that has been incorporated into service offerings for several Attevo clients.

Before co-founding GTM Consulting, John was Vice President with A.T. Kearney where he developed and integrated information technology strategy services with other ATK practices, including methodologies and practice aids used in the global organization. John also developed successful client accounts in the high tech and consumer products industries.

John previously was CEO in a supply chain consulting firm, was the Global and Americas Lead Information Technology Strategy Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and held leadership positions in other entrepreneurial enterprises.

John holds a Bachelor of Business in Quantitative Methods from Ohio University.

Jeffrey Bailey

Jeffrey is responsible for the delivery of consulting services in the Eastern United States. He has extensive experience with Master Data Management. He is accomplished in setting strategy and driving implementation, integration and cost reduction through effective technology solutions. He brings domestic and international experience to our clients’ global needs.

Prior to joining Attevo, Jeffrey was Senior Solutions Director at Oracle Corporation (Siebel Systems) where he led teams to develop technology and professional service solutions around Master Data Management and Business Intelligence (BI)/Analytics for clients in a variety of industries.

Before joining Oracle Corporation, Jeffrey was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Veolia Water, North America where he developed enterprise-wide IT strategies and systems. Prior to his position at Veolia Water, he was Systems Group CIO and Corporate VP of Business Systems Development and Integration at United States Filter Corporation where he developed corporate business applications and integration plans for America’s largest water treatment company.

Jeffrey has had significant hands-on experience in consulting roles that include Project Management and Systems Analysis. He recently shared his knowledge of Master Data Management, ERP, CRM and BI/Analytics as a speaker at the Siebel Customer World conference.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rick Campbell

Partner

Rick is responsible for all global Microsoft implementations, providing technical and operational leadership.

Rick has professional service experience in various roles including project manager, technical lead, business analyst, strategic development lead and program manager within various industries. For several years, Rick’s efforts have been focused on the creation, management and technical support of teams delivering integrated business solutions.

Prior to joining to Attevo, Rick served as the Director of Technology & Operations at Company Net, based in Edinburgh & London where he was responsible for delivery of enterprise-wide business solutions across Europe, North America and the Far East. Rick was responsible for the delivery of two very large key projects (both of which are showcased on www.microsoft.com):

The first successful scoping and implementation of the migration of an existing Plumtree/Interwoven enterprise portal and content management system to the Microsoft collaboration platform
The delivery of a key Microsoft SharePoint solution that served as one of the "early adoption" case studies

In 2003, Rick managed the delivery of the "Digital Deckchair" PDA format mobility application on beta software with the first web service implementation in Europe for MSN Networks. Prior to 2000, Rick served as the Software Development Manager for CadMan Systems Ltd, based in Manchester where he led the strategic development of the organization’s internal information systems and the management of all software development projects for external clients. Rick also has a varied background in entrepreneurial activities in the software development, consulting, financial and mining geology sectors.

Rick has contributed at numerous industry events throughout Europe. He was nominated to deliver a session at the 2006 Microsoft TechEd conference in the US as well as being nominated for a Partner Award at the 2006 Partner Conference in the US.

For the past 3 years, Rick has served on the Heriot-Watt University (UK) MSc Software Engineering steering group.

Rick holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Geology from the University of Glasgow and he is the recipient of the Shiel prize for published work based on significant geological discoveries in Australia. Rick also undertook postgraduate research in Hydrogeology at Birmingham University (UK) funded by the Natural Environment Research Council.

Jeff Heim

Jeff's responsibilities include business and partnership development, project management and quality assurance across all geographies in the area of Enterprise Information Management.

Jeff has many years' experience as an Information Architect and has delivered successful projects within insurance, financial services, banking, automotive and healthcare manufacturing industries.

Jeff has extensive experience in architecting Master Data Management, Data Warehousing, Metadata Management, Information Analytics, Data Governance and Data Integration solutions.

Prior to joining Attevo, Jeff worked in progressively responsible consulting and leadership positions with Norstan Consulting, MarchFirst Inc and Infinis-Whittmanhart.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Systems Management from Ohio University.

Kindra Helm

Kindra is responsible for business and associate development, project management and quality assurance for projects primarily in the public sector.

She has been responsible for several successful large scale Attevo projects within the public sector, many of which include integration of the Accela Automation software platform.

Prior to joining Attevo, Kindra was a consultant with Callidus Software, an Enterprise Information Management consulting firm, leading large scale incentive compensation implementations, managing every aspect of the projects from design and development to testing and implementations.

Previously, she was with Realogic, which had recently been acquired by Computer Associates (now CA). Having joined as a graduate, Kindra worked in numerous areas including application development, report and database development, business process re-engineering and project management.

Kindra is a 1996 Cum Laude graduate of Ohio University's College of Business in Marketing, with concentrations in Finance and MIS. Kindra is currently involved with Ohio University as a member of their MIS Advisory Board and she is also a MBA student mentor.

Rachel Pollock

Partner

Rachel is responsible for the global delivery of Enterprise Content Management consulting services within Attevo. She has extensive experience in the delivery of consulting solutions in a number of vertical sectors including local & central government, legal, construction, pharmaceutical, retail and transport.

Prior to joining Attevo, Rachel was employed by Open Text (formerly Hummingbird) as Consulting Director for Northern Europe. Her responsibilities included managing a multinational team of consultants delivering solutions to a wide portfolio of European clients. Rachel’s role also required a significant amount of business development liaising with senior sales & management staff within Open Text. She has been instrumental in winning a number of strategic deals and also promoting solution initiatives enabling Open Text to focus on new areas of service revenue.

Before joining Open Text, Rachel was Vice President of Professional Services with Computer Associates responsible for the consulting practice in EMEA. During this period Computer Associates made significant gains in terms of service revenue and Rachel was also responsible for driving new quality practices and program management initiatives.

Prior to Computer Associates Rachel was co-founder of a successful consulting firm, Knowledge Insight, which was later purchased by Realogic Inc.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Intelligent Management Systems.

Matt Wienke

Partner

Matt's responsibilities include business and associate development, project management and quality assurance in the Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton areas. Matt has several years' experience in the financial services industry, focusing on retail banking and insurance, as well as significant industry expertise in manufacturing and distribution in the automotive, retail, and healthcare industries.

Matt has many years' experience in professional services and has extensive business systems architecture experience in justifying, planning, designing and implementing strategic large-scale technology solutions. His experience includes operational data integration, data warehousing, application development and packaged software solution implementations.

Prior to joining Attevo, Matt was a Senior Manager with Infinis in their Customer Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management practices. He was also with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Columbus, Ohio.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University at Bloomington.
