Project Analyst - Customer Interaction Practice
Location: Cleveland, OH

Attevo is looking for individuals to join a world-wide game changer in customer interaction, initially deployed to the Financial Industry. Working at Attevo’s Cleveland, Ohio headquarters, the Project Analyst will work closely with Attevo consultants and clients to implement mobile banking solutions.
Job responsibilities include:
- Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low-level understanding to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements and document them as needed
- Drive and challenge consultants on their assumptions on how to successfully execute client deliverables
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Be the liaison between business, technology and support teams
Skills:
- 2-5 years experience writing detailed business requirements
- 2-5 years business analysis experience in an external client facing environment
- Experience with formal software development life cycles (SDLCs) and business analysis methodologies
- Solid understanding of popular programming tools and languages (e.g. VB, C#)
- Ability to engage in multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong management and production skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to act professionally within a diverse group, including managers, executives, and subject matter experts
- Desire to proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, teamwork, and client management skills
Education:
A Degree in the Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline.
