Senior Technical Lead
Location: Cleveland, OH, Marin County, CA, Dallas, TX

Attevo is looking for a key-player capable of enabling a world-wide game change in customer interaction, initially deployed to the Financial Industry. The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for delivery of client technology solutions in the Financial Industry, among other key vertical markets. This position will:

Manage technical resources to ensure quality deployment of customer interaction and related solutions

Define software architecture and system level designs based on product and integration requirements and business models

Drive to develop and protect intellectual property for market leadership

Interface with clients on coding standards, integration best practices, explanation of technical aspects, acceptance tests and coach/training on use

Capable of building a strong team to execute on business and client objectives

Skills:
Extensive knowledge of established and emerging software including:

Service Oriented Architectures - Web services, SOAP, REST;

XML technologies - XSLT, DOM, SAX, JAXB, Java / J2EE and Web technologies - HTML, JavaScript, Apache, Tomcat, Servlets, JSP Spring framework

Expertise in designing and implementing Enterprise Application Interfaces with leading middleware technology such as MQ Series, Vitria, Fusion, etc.

7+ years in Object Oriented programming with 5+ years in J2EE

Very high technical competence and proven track record for product delivery

Experience with .NET as well as the financial industry a plus

Proven leader of dynamic and energetic teams

Education:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
